Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between Worldwide Internet Consulting Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Posyline (“Posyline”, “we”), and the business that accepts them when it signs up, by ticking the box on its onboarding review page or by signing an order form (“the Shop”, “you”). The Pilot Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement below form part of these terms.
- The service. Posyline answers the Shop’s phone calls with an AI voice agent when calls are forwarded to it, takes orders and messages, sends payment links and order notices, and sends delivery photos, review requests and draft review replies.
- The Shop’s part. The Shop gives us accurate shop information (catalogue, prices, delivery zones, cut-offs, hours, policies) and keeps it current; sets up call forwarding with its phone carrier; checks every AI-taken order before making and delivering it; and handles payments, refunds and customer complaints for its own orders.
- AI and accuracy. The agent can make mistakes. It reads every order back and the caller confirms it, and tickets are marked “AI order – check”. The Shop is responsible for the orders it accepts. We fix agent errors we are told about as quickly as we reasonably can.
- Payments from the Shop’s customers. Customer payments go to the Shop’s own payment account (Stripe, Square or Shopify). We never take or store card numbers. The Shop’s payment provider’s terms and fees apply to those payments.
- Disclosures. Every call starts with a statement that the caller is speaking to an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. The Shop must not ask us to remove it.
- Texts. We text callers only about their own order (payment link, confirmation, delivery update, review request) and only after they agree on the call. Every text names the Shop and allows STOP. We send no marketing texts unless the Shop has the customer’s written consent and both parties agree in writing.
- Fees. Fees are those on posyline.com/pricing when the Shop signs up, as set out in the Pilot Agreement, unless an order form says otherwise. Fees are billed monthly in arrears with a list of every order charged. Late payments may pause the service after 7 days’ written notice. Prices exclude taxes.
- Term and cancellation. There is no minimum term. The Shop can stop at any time by turning off call forwarding and telling us (email is fine); nothing is owed for orders after that day. We can end the service with 7 days’ written notice. On ending, we stop the agent, the Shop removes call forwarding, and we delete Shop data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.
- Availability. We aim for the agent to answer every forwarded call but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; phone carriers, voice platforms and the internet can fail. If the agent is down, calls fall back to the Shop’s voicemail where the Shop’s carrier supports it. Planned changes are not made during the Shop’s peak days without agreement.
- Data. We process callers’ and customers’ personal data for the Shop under the Data Processing Agreement below. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect.
- Intellectual property. We own the Posyline software, prompts and templates. The Shop owns its shop information, orders and customer data. The Shop lets us use its name and logo inside the service, and in marketing only if it agrees (for example, in the Pilot Agreement).
- Liability. Except for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, anything that cannot be limited by law, and the payments we promise in the Pilot Agreement, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees the Shop paid us in those 12 months, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits from lost or wrong orders.
- Changes. We may update these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. If the Shop does not agree, it may stop before the change takes effect.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. For a UK Shop, the laws of England and Wales apply and the courts of England have jurisdiction.

Data Processing Agreement
Between the Shop (controller) and Worldwide Internet Consulting Services LLC, trading as Posyline (processor). Part of the Terms of Service.
- Subject and duration. Posyline processes personal data to provide the service for as long as the Shop uses it, plus the deletion period below.
- Data and people. Callers, senders and recipients of orders, and Shop staff. Data: names, phone numbers, emails, delivery addresses, card messages, order details, call recordings and transcripts, text consent records. No card numbers. No special-category data is intended; sympathy orders may reveal a death, which we treat as confidential.
- Instructions. Posyline processes the data only on the Shop’s documented instructions (these terms, the Pilot Agreement and the shop’s setup), unless law requires otherwise, and tells the Shop if it thinks an instruction breaks data-protection law.
- Confidentiality. Anyone at Posyline with access is bound by confidentiality.
- Security. Access control and least privilege; encryption in transit; MFA on all provider accounts; redaction of card-like numbers; recordings deleted after 30 days; no card data stored.
- Sub-processors. The Shop authorises Retell AI (voice agent, call recordings, transcripts; US), Twilio (phone numbers, calls, SMS/MMS; US), Stripe (payment links and Posyline billing; US), Google (order emails, Google Sheets, Google Business Profile; US/global) and Cloudflare (website, DNS, email routing; global). Posyline gives 30 days’ email notice of a new sub-processor; the Shop may object and stop. Posyline imposes data-protection terms on each sub-processor at least as protective as these and stays responsible for them.
- Transfers. UK/EEA data may go to the US under the UK–US data bridge, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum).
- Help to the Shop. Posyline helps the Shop answer data-subject requests, and with security, breach notification and impact assessments, as far as it reasonably can.
- Breaches. Posyline tells the Shop without undue delay, and within 48 hours of becoming aware, of a personal-data breach affecting Shop data, with what it knows.
- Deletion. At the end of the service, Posyline deletes Shop personal data within 30 days (recordings sooner under the 30-day rule), unless law requires it to keep it, and returns an export of orders on request before deletion.
- Audit. Posyline makes available the information needed to show it meets this agreement and answers reasonable written questions once a year.
- US state law. Where US state privacy laws apply, Posyline acts as a service provider/processor, does not sell or share the data, and uses it only for the service.
