Pilot Agreement
This agreement is between Worldwide Internet Consulting Services LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as Posyline (“Posyline”, “we”), and the shop that accepts it by ticking the box on its onboarding review page (“you”). It covers Posyline’s Founding Florists, the first 20 shops. It is part of the Terms of Service; if they conflict, this agreement wins. We keep a record of the version you accepted, when and from which IP address.
- What you get. The Posyline AI phone agent for your shop: it answers calls forwarded when your line is busy, unanswered or closed; takes orders with read-back; texts payment links into your own Stripe, Square or Shopify account; and sends the order to your POS or as a ticket to your inbox. Setup is done for you: we load your shop from your website, you check it on one review page, we test the agent, and you forward your phone. We tune it from your first calls.
- Price. $4 per paid order Posyline takes, never more than $299 a month. No setup fee, no monthly fee. A month with no paid orders costs $0. A “paid order” is one Posyline took and the customer paid through the link; orders you take yourself are never charged. As a Founding Florist you keep the $4 rate and the $299 cap for as long as you stay a customer.
- Billing. Billed monthly in arrears, with a list of every order we charged for. Delivery and review texts are free on every order within fair use (500 texts a month). Card fees from Stripe, Square or Shopify are charged by them, as today.
- The $50 promise. If your shop phone forwards to Posyline whenever you are closed for your full first 30 days and no paid order comes through in that time, tell us and we pay you $50 within 14 days. One per shop.
- Our mistakes. If Posyline writes down an order detail wrong, we pay for the redo, up to $100 an order.
- No contract. Switch it off any time: turn call forwarding off and tell us. Nothing is owed for orders after that day.
- What you do. Keep your catalogue, prices, delivery zones and hours current; set and keep call forwarding; check every AI order before making it; tell us about mistakes the same day.
- Case study. You allow us to publish a short case study about your pilot: your shop name and city, results (calls answered, orders, revenue taken by the agent, reviews), and one quote from you. We send it to you before publishing, and fix anything factually wrong. We never publish callers’ personal data.
- Data. The Data Processing Agreement applies. Recordings are kept 30 days.
- Phone number. You keep your number. We never port it. Forwarding can be switched off in a minute.
